When you make a contribution it is like a donation, and the money that you pay is ring-fenced for the wildlife project of your choice. Because of this we are not able to refund financial contributions to wildlife projects.

You have 1 year to use the credit that you receive in return for a financial contribution. If you do not use the credit within this time period, it is automatically converted into a donation instead, and can no longer be used in exchange for offers and vouchers from participating businesses. We will send you reminders if you are not using your credit, and we may also engage with you to obtain and provide information to help you use your credits effectively.

You do not have to get credit - if there is something on offer from a particular business that you would like, you can buy it straight away, and a financial contribution will still be made to a wildlife project of your choice.
